Scott R. White

Scott White joined the firm in 2023. Mr. White has 20 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and wrongful death cases and has successfully argued several cases before the Fourth District Court of Appeal. He is a member of the California State Bar and has practiced in both state and federal courts.

In 1997, Mr. White earned a bachelor's degree in Medical & Research Technology from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore. In addition to his studies, he served as student government president; presented research at the American Society of Microbiology Annual Conference; and, volunteered in the Shock Trauma Department of the University of Maryland Medical Center.

Mr. White relocated to San Diego to pursue a Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law. While at CWSL, he was published in the Law Review and was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Team. Mr. White served as the Editor in Chief of the California Western Law Review and the California Western International Law Journal. In 2001, he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

In 2002, Mr. White furthered his legal education by earning a Master of Laws degree from the University of Washington School of Law, where he studied Intellectual Property Law. While there, he served as a publications editor for the Center for Advanced Study and Research on Innovation Policy. Mr. White is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Mr. White enjoys representing those who have been harmed due to the negligence of others. It is a matter of fundamental fairness. Those who have caused harm to others, even if it was the result of an accident, should have to bear the consequences of their actions. Mr. White believes that every client should have direct access to their attorney. By keeping a small caseload, he can give each client the individual attention that their cases deserve.
