John A. Hammerstrand

John A. Hammerstrand has advocated for victims’ suffering from personal injury due since 2009. He has been an ardent voice for his clients and worked diligently to show the true impact these injuries have on their lives. Mr. Hammerstrand’s advocacy has led to him being recognized in Super Lawyers, Best of the Bar, and Best Lawyers.

Mr. Hammerstrand received his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law, earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from San Diego State University, and studied abroad at Oxford University.

His professional endeavors do not stop in the courtroom. Mr. Hammerstrand is a commercial airline pilot flying the Boeing 737, regularly flies general aviation throughout California, and has served as a labor representative and mediator on behalf of pilots.

In his free time, Mr. Hammerstrand enjoys riding and restoring motorcycles, snowboarding, and supporting local charities.
