Robert “Bob” Frank
Bob Frank, born in Yerington Nevada, grew up in Southern California and graduated from San Diego State University Phi Betta Kappa, where he was president of his Kappa Sigma fraternity in 1976. Legal internships with the Navajo Indian Reservation and Napa County District Attorneys office preceded his 42 years of personal injury and medical professional malpractice trial work at the now Neil Dymott law firm in San Diego, during which time he was lead counsel in over 100 jury and administrative medical licensing board cases, receiving numerous recognitions from the legal profession. Mr. Frank has transitioned his practice into representing plaintiffs with Chihak and Associates law firm while maintaining his health care professional licensing practice. Since high school he was a devoted surfer and sports enthusiast, which enthusiasm has not waned, along with his love of music, family and desire for just plain old fun.
